Between walls and alleys rich in history stands the Bocum, juggling respect for tradition and drive of modernity, between ancient and contemporary, between static and dynamic. A becoming made of emotions and sensations, of tastes and aromas, of sound and warmth.
This is Bocum.
At Bocum, every corner is a discovery. Every plan, every element, every painting tells a story.
From the bar to the tasting room, from inside to outside: everyone can find a part of themselves there, everyone can feel at home.
The kitchen and the fire
Bocum is Fire.
Its quintessential element, its deepest bond. It is from the heat and energy of the flame that Bocum acquires its strength, its identity. And it is precisely from its grill and embers that it unleashes all its power, its uniqueness and its distinctive touch.
